目的 探討鹽酸阿米替林片聯(lián)合琥珀酸索利那新片治療老年女性膀胱過度活動(dòng)癥的臨床效果。方法 選擇2010年5月-2016年2月十堰市人民醫(yī)院泌尿外科收治的老年女性膀胱過度活動(dòng)癥患者50例為研究對(duì)象，所有患者按照疾病嚴(yán)重程度隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各25例。對(duì)照組口服琥珀酸索利那新片，5 mg/次，1次/d，治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服鹽酸阿米替林片，25 mg/次，2次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療2個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的日排尿次數(shù)、夜尿次數(shù)、尿急次數(shù)、急迫性尿失禁次數(shù)等完善膀胱過度活動(dòng)癥癥狀評(píng)分（OABSS）情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為64.0%、80.0%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組日排尿次數(shù)、尿急次數(shù)、急迫性尿失禁次數(shù)評(píng)分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 鹽酸阿米替林片聯(lián)合琥珀酸索利那新片治療老年女性膀胱過度活動(dòng)癥具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Solifenacin Succinate Tablets in treatment of overactive bladder in senile women. Methods Elderly women (50 cases) with overactive bladder in Department of Urinary Surgery of Shiyan People's Hospital from May 2010 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the disease severity, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 25 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Solifenacin Succinate Tablets, 5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets on the basis of the control group, 25 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and OABSS score, such as daily urination times, nocturia times, urgency times, and urinary incontinence times in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 64.0% and 80.0%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of daily urination times, urgency times, and urinary incontinence times in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets combined with Solifenacin Succinate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of overactive bladder in senile women, can improve clinical symptoms, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
