圍手術期鎮(zhèn)痛的目的是緩解手術造成的疼痛及其帶來的不良反應，防止外周及中樞敏化的發(fā)生。近年來，隨著醫(yī)療行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展和眾多新型藥物的不斷出現(xiàn)，常聯(lián)合不同作用機制的鎮(zhèn)痛藥物，或不同的鎮(zhèn)痛措施，通過多種機制產生鎮(zhèn)痛作用，即多模式鎮(zhèn)痛以獲得更好的鎮(zhèn)痛效果，而使藥物副作用減到最低。右美托咪定是一種選擇性α₂腎上腺素受體激動劑，其鎮(zhèn)痛作用已被證實可以作為麻醉劑佐劑應用于臨床?？膳c局部麻醉藥或阿片類藥物配伍、可應用于靜脈注射或應用于各種神經(jīng)阻滯等方式達到多模式鎮(zhèn)痛。對右美托咪定在多模式鎮(zhèn)痛中的應用進行綜述。

The purpose of perioperative analgesia is to relieve the pain and adverse reactions caused by the operation, and prevent the occurrence of peripheral and central sensitization. In recent years, with the rapid development of medical industry and many new drugs emerging, analgesic drugs combined with different mechanisms, or different measures of analgesia are often used. Analgesic effect by various mechanisms, namely multimodal analgesia is to obtain a better analgesic effect, and the side effects of the drug is reduced to the minimum. Dexmedetomidine is a selective α₂ adrenergic receptor agonist, and its analgesic effect has been shown to be used as an anesthetic adjuvant in clinical practice. It can be compatible with local anesthetics or opioids, and can be used in intravenous injection or in various nerve blocks to achieve multimodal analgesia. The application of dexmedetomidine in multimodal analgesia is summarized in the paper.
