目的 探討小兒柴桂退熱顆粒聯(lián)合注射用磷酸肌酸鈉治療小兒手足口病的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月-2017年1月海安縣人民醫(yī)院收治的小兒手足口病患者64例為研究對象，將所有患兒隨機均分為對照組和治療組，每組各32例。對照組靜脈滴注注射用磷酸肌酸鈉，1 g加入到5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中，1次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服小兒柴桂退熱顆粒，1歲以內(nèi)：2.5 g/次，1~3歲：5 g/次，3~6歲：7.5 g/次，3次/d。兩組患兒均連續(xù)治療1周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患兒的天冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)氨酶（AST）、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）和超敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為78.1%、96.9%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組AST、CK-MB和hs-CRP水平均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 小兒柴桂退熱顆粒聯(lián)合注射用磷酸肌酸鈉治療小兒手足口病具有較好的臨床療效，可改善AST、CK-MB和hs-CRP水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules combined with Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods Children (64 cases) with hand-foot-mouth disease in Hai'an County People's Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 32 cases. Children in the control group were iv administered with Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection, 1 g added into 5% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules on the basis of the control group, age < 1 year:2.5 g/time, 1 year ≤ age < 3 years:5 g/time, 3 year ≤ age < 6 years:7.5 g/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 1 week. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the levels of AST, CK-MB, and hs-CRP in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.1% and 96.9%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of AST, CK-MB, and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiao'er Chaigui Tuire Granules combined with Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children, can improve the levels of AST, CK-MB, and hs-CRP, which has a certain clinical application value.
