目的 探討白草香解郁安神膠囊聯(lián)合帕羅西汀治療抑郁癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年4月-2017年4月在河北省第六人民醫(yī)院治療的抑郁癥患者72例，根據(jù)治療方案的不同分為對(duì)照組（36例）和治療組（36例）。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸帕羅西汀片，20 mg/次，1次/d；治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服白草香解郁安神膠囊，2 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床效果，對(duì)比兩組患者治療前后HAMD、PSQI和WHO QOL-BREF評(píng)分以及血清學(xué)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為72.22%、91.67%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者HAMD評(píng)分、PSQI評(píng)分均顯著降低，WHO QOL-BREF評(píng)分顯著升高，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患者上述評(píng)分明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、IL-6、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均明顯降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患者比對(duì)照組降低更顯著（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 白草香解郁安神膠囊聯(lián)合帕羅西汀治療抑郁癥可有效提高睡眠質(zhì)量和生活質(zhì)量，并可降低機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Baicaoxiang Jieyu Anshen Capsules combined with paroxetine in treatment of depression. Methods Patients (72 cases) with depression in Hebei Sixth People's Hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were divided into control (36 cases) and treatment (36 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets, 20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Baicaoxiang Jieyu Anshen Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, symptom disappearance time, hospitalization time, inflammatory indexes, and HAMD, PSQI and WHO QOL-BREF scores, and serological indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 72.22% and 91.67%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the HAMD and PSQI scores in two groups were significantly decreased, but WHO QOL-BREF scores were significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). And these scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α levels in two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serological indexes in the treatment group were more significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Baicaoxiang Jieyu Anshen Capsules combined with paroxetine can effectively improve sleep quality and quality of life in treatment of depression, and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
