目的 探討膽清膠囊聯(lián)合熊去氧膽酸膠囊治療膽囊結(jié)石的臨床效果。方法 選擇2016年3月-2017年8月中國(guó)醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬盛京醫(yī)院收治的126例膽囊結(jié)石患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各63例。對(duì)照組口服熊去氧膽酸膠囊，250 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服膽清膠囊，3~5粒/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療2個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后中醫(yī)癥狀積分、結(jié)石直徑、VAS評(píng)分的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為76.19%、93.65%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組右上腹疼痛評(píng)分、不思飲食評(píng)分、惡心嘔吐評(píng)分、口苦咽干評(píng)分、總評(píng)分均顯著降低，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組右上腹疼痛評(píng)分、不思飲食評(píng)分、惡心嘔吐評(píng)分、口苦咽干評(píng)分、總評(píng)分均顯著低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組結(jié)石直徑均明顯縮小，VAS評(píng)分均明顯降低，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組結(jié)石直徑、VAS評(píng)分均顯著低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 膽清膠囊聯(lián)合熊去氧膽酸膠囊治療膽囊結(jié)石具有較好的臨床療效，可顯著降低中醫(yī)癥狀積分，縮小膽囊結(jié)石體積，緩解腹痛，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danqing Capsules combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules in treatment of cholecystolithiasis. Methods Patients (126 cases) with cholecystolithiasis in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from March 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control (63 cases) and treatment (63 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules, 250 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 -5 capsules/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of TCM symptom scores, calculi diameter, VAS scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 76.19%, 93.65%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, pain score on the right upper abdomen, the diet score, the nausea and vomiting score, the dry pharynx score and the total score in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, pain score on the right upper abdomen, the diet score, the nausea and vomiting score, the dry pharynx score and the total score in treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the calculi diameter and VAS score were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the calculi diameter and VAS score were lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Danqing Capsules combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of cholecystolithiasis, and can significantly reduce the TCM symptoms scores and the volume of gallbladder stones, also can relieve abdominal pain, which has a certain clinical application value.
