目的 探討康婦炎膠囊聯(lián)合米非司酮治療異位妊娠的臨床效果。方法 選取西安市中心醫(yī)院2016年1月-2017年5月收治的異位妊娠患者148例，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組（74例）與治療組（74例）。對(duì)照組組患者口服米非司酮片，50 mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服康婦炎膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組血β-人絨毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）水平、癥狀體征緩解時(shí)間和激素水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組臨床總有效率分別為71.62%、95.95%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療7、14 d后，兩組血β-HCG水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組患者β-HCG水平比同期對(duì)照組患者顯著降低（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者腹痛消失時(shí)間、月經(jīng)恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間、血β-HCG恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間、妊娠包塊吸收時(shí)間均明顯短于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療14 d后，兩組患者血清雌二醇（E₂）、促黃體生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平均較治療前顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組上述水平顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 康婦炎膠囊聯(lián)合米非司酮治療異位妊娠效果明顯，可有效促進(jìn)包塊吸收，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Kangfuyan Capsules combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Patients (148 cases) with ectopic pregnancy in Xi'an Central Hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control (74 cases) and treatment (74 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Mifepristone Tablets, 50 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kangfuyan Capsules, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, β-HCG levels, the remission time of symptoms and signs, and hormone levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 71.62% and 95.95%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment for 7 and 14 d, the β-HCG level in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the β-HCG in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of bellyache, time of recovery of normal menstrual and β-HCG, soak time of pregnancy bag piece in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment for 14 d, the E₂, LH and FSH levels in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05). And these indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuyan Capsules combined with mifepristone has significant clinical effect in treatment of ectopic pregnancy, can effectively promote pregnancy mass absorption,which has a certain clinical application value.
