目的 探討虎駒乙肝膠囊聯(lián)合還原型谷胱甘肽治療病毒性肝炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月-2016年11月在中國人民解放軍第四五七醫(yī)院接受治療的病毒性肝炎患者84例為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)治療要求的差別分為對(duì)照組（42例）和治療組（42例）。對(duì)照組患者靜脈滴注注射用還原型谷胱甘肽，1.2 g加入到生理鹽水250 mL中，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服虎駒乙肝膠囊，5粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療60 d。治療后，觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間、肝功能和血清學(xué)指標(biāo)變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.95%、95.24%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶（ALT）、門冬氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶（AST）、總膽紅素（TBIL）和總膽汁酸（TBA）等肝功能指標(biāo)均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述肝功能指標(biāo)顯著低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-13（MMP-13）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組降低的更明顯，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 虎駒乙肝膠囊聯(lián)合還原型谷胱甘肽治療病毒性肝炎療效顯著，可有效縮短臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間，改善肝功能和機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huju Yigan Capsules combined with reduced glutathione in treatment of viral hepatitis. Methods Patients (84 cases) with viral hepatitis in No.457 Hospital of PLA from January 2016 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control (42 cases) and treatment (42 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Reduced Glutathione for injection, 1.2 g added into normal saline 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Huju Yigan Capsules, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 60 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and extinction time of clinical symptoms, liver function indexes, and serological indicators in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 80.95% and 95.24%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, extinction time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the treatment group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). ALT, AST, TBIL, and TBA in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And liver function indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Levels of TGF-β₁, MMP-13, and IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And serological indicators in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Huju Yigan Capsules combined with reduced glutathione has good effect in treatment of viral hepatitis, and can shorten extinction time of clinical symptoms, and improve liver function and systemic inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
