目的 調(diào)查焦作市第二人民醫(yī)院注射用丹參多酚酸鹽的使用情況，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 回顧性調(diào)查焦作市第二人民醫(yī)院2016年1月-2016年12月使用注射用丹參多酚酸鹽的住院病例404份，對其用藥原因、用法用量、用藥療程、聯(lián)合用藥、不良反應(yīng)等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 使用注射用丹參多酚酸鹽的患者中男性明顯多于女性，用藥科室主要為心血管內(nèi)科，構(gòu)成比高達(dá)82.67%，注射用丹參多酚酸鹽存在超說明書用藥情況，其中既無辨證又無辨病用藥者占24.25%，用量不足的構(gòu)成比為84.65%，超療程用藥占14.85%，溶媒量不足占0.6%，聯(lián)合用藥不當(dāng)5例，藥品不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為0.50%。結(jié)論 2016年焦作市第二人民醫(yī)院注射用丹參多酚酸鹽的應(yīng)用基本合理，但還存在不合理情況，應(yīng)加強其規(guī)范使用的管理。

Objective To investigate the usage of Salvianolate for injection in the Second People's Hospital of Jiaozuo in 2016, and provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Data of inpatients (404 cases) using Salvianolate for injection in the Second People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively, including medication reasons, usage and dosage, course of treatment, drug combination, and adverse reactions. Results Men using Salvianolate for injection were more than women. The main department was Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, accounting for 82.67%. There was off-label use in Salvianolate for injection. Among them, non-syndrome differentiation and non-disease differentiation accounted for 24.25%. The rate of insufficient use was 84.65%, while over-long treatment course accounted for 14.85%. Insufficient amount of solvent accounted for 0.6%. There were five cases of irrational using about drug combination. The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 0.5%. Conclusion The usage of Salvianolate for injection in the Second People's Hospital of Jiaozuo in 2016 is reasonable on the whole, but there is some unreasonable use, therefore the management of its standardization is should be strengthened.
