目的 探討紅金消結膠囊聯(lián)合來曲唑片治療子宮肌瘤的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月—2017年1月在新鄉(xiāng)市第一人民醫(yī)院進行診治的子宮肌瘤患者54例臨床資料進行回顧性分析，根據(jù)用藥差別將入組患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各27例。對照組在月經(jīng)結束后第1天口服來曲唑片，2.5 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服紅金消結膠囊，1.2 g/次，3次/d。兩組均以1個月經(jīng)周期為1個療程，治療3個療程。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的子宮體積、子宮肌瘤體積、血清性激素和細胞因子水平。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為77.78%、96.30%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組子宮肌瘤體積和子宮體積均顯著縮小，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯小于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）、促卵泡成熟激素（FSH）、黃體生成素（LH）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清血管生成素-2（Ang-2）、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）、基質金屬蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、人附睪蛋白4（HE4）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 紅金消結膠囊聯(lián)合來曲唑片治療子宮肌瘤具有較好的臨床療效，可縮小子宮肌瘤體積，改善E₂、P、LH、FSH、Ang-2、VEGF、MMP-2、HE4水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Hongjinxiaojie Capsules combined with Letrozole Tablets in treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Patients (54 cases) with uterine fibroids in Xinxiang First People's Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 27 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Letrozole Tablets at the first day after the end of menstruation, 2.5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Hongjinxiaojie Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 courses, and 1 menstrual cycle for 1 course. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and uterine volume, uterine fibroids volume, sex hormone level, and cytokine level in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 77.78% and 96.30%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, uterine volume and uterine fibroids volume in two groups were significantly shrunk, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly narrower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂, P, FSH, and LH in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of Ang-2, VEGF, MMP-2, and HE4 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Hongjinxiaojie Capsules combined with Letrozole Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of uterine fibroids, can reduce the size of uterine fibroids, improve E₂, P, LH, FSH, Ang-2, VEGF, MMP-2, and HE4, which has a certain clinical application value.
