目的 探討薄芝糖肽注射液聯(lián)合吡柔比星和多西他賽治療乳腺癌的臨床療效。方法 選取天津市第五中心醫(yī)院2013年12月—2016年12月收治的乳腺癌患者101例，隨機分成對照組（50例）和治療組（51例）。對照組患者靜脈滴注注射用鹽酸吡柔比星，50 mg/m²加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL，同時靜脈滴注多西他賽注射液，75 mg/m²加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL，1次/3周，連續(xù)治療12周。治療組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注薄芝糖肽注射液，8 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL，連續(xù)治療1周，然后停藥2周為1個周期，連續(xù)治療4個周期。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者腫瘤細胞凋亡指數(shù)、新生血管指標、情緒狀態(tài)和生活質(zhì)量評分以及不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組客觀緩解率（ORR）和疾病控制率（CBR）分別為46.00%、78.00%，均分別明顯低于治療組的68.63%、94.12%，兩組比較差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者腫瘤細胞凋亡指數(shù)顯著升高，血管內(nèi)皮生長因子A（VEGFA）和VEGFB均顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患者上述指標改善水平明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者焦慮自評量表（SAS）和抑郁自評量表（SDS）評分均明顯降低，卡氏評分（KPS）明顯升高，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述評分顯著優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。治療期間，對照組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為34.00%，顯著高于治療組患者的13.73%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 薄芝糖肽注射液聯(lián)合吡柔比星和多西他賽治療乳腺癌患者療效顯著，同時還能改善患者的情緒狀態(tài)與生存質(zhì)量，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bozhitang Injection combined with pirarubicin and docetaxel in treatment of breast cancer. Methods Patients (101 cases) with breast cancer in Tianjin Fifth Central Hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (51 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Pirarubicin Hydrochloride for injection, 50 mg/m² added into 5% Glucose Injection 250 mL, at the same time, they were iv administered with Docetaxel Injection, 75 mg/m² added into 5% Glucose Injection 250 mL, once every 3 weeks. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Bozhitang Injection on the basis of the control group, 8 mL added into 5% Glucose Injection 250 mL, 1 weeks of continuous treatment and withdrawal for 2 weeks was one course of treatment, and they were treated for 4 coures. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the apoptosis index of tumor cells, angiogenesis index, emotional status and quality of life scores, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, ORR and CBR in the control group were 46.00% and 78.00%, which were significantly lower than 68.63% and 94.12% in the treatment group, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the apoptosis index of tumor cells in two groups was significantly increased, VEGFA and VEGFB levels were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the improvement level of these indicators in the treatment group was significantly better than that the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, but KPS scores were significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group (P < 0.05). And these scores in the treatment group were significantly better than that the control group (P < 0.05). During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the control was 34.00%, which was significantly higher than 13.73% in the treatment group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Bozhitang Injection combined with pirarubicin and docetaxel has significant effect in treatment of breast cancer, and also can improve the emotional state and quality of life, which has a certain clinical application value.
