[摘要]
目的 分析2014—2017年天津市兒童醫(yī)院銅綠假單胞菌的分布和耐藥性,為合理應(yīng)用抗菌藥物提供依據(jù)。方法 采用回顧性調(diào)查方法,對(duì)2014—2017年天津市兒童醫(yī)院銅綠假單胞菌的分布及耐藥性進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 共分離出銅綠假單胞菌572株,檢出率為5.27%。以痰液為主要來源,構(gòu)成比為56.1%。檢出科室以呼吸科最高,占25.3%。銅綠假單胞菌對(duì)頭孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐藥率最低,為3.32%;對(duì)頭孢曲松、呋喃妥因和頭孢呋辛酯的耐藥率高,分別為100.0%、99.5%、98.8%。結(jié)論 天津市兒童醫(yī)院銅綠假單胞菌的耐藥性基本穩(wěn)定,臨床治療時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)藥敏結(jié)果有針對(duì)性地合理選用抗菌藥物,以提高療效并減少耐藥菌株產(chǎn)生。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Tianjin Children's Hosptial from 2014 to 2017, and to provide the reference for reasonable use of antibiotics. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze the distribution and drug resistance of P. aeruginosa in Tianjin Children's Hosptial from 2014 to 2017. Results A total of 572 strains of P. aeruginosa were isolated, and the detection rate was 5.27%. The specimens were mainly obtained from the sputum, accounting for 56.1%. P. aeruginosa was primarily isolated from the Department of Respiration, accounting for 25.3%. The drug resistance rate of P. aeruginosa against cefoperazone/sulbactam was the lowest, accounting for 3.32%. The drug resistance rate of P. aeruginosa against ceftriaxone, nitrofurantoin, and cefuroxime axetil was higher, accounting for 100.0%, 99.5%, and 98.8%, respectively. Conclusion The drug resistance of P. aeruginosa in Tianjin Children's Hosptial is relatively stable. In order to improve clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of drug resistance strains, clinical physicians should choose reasonable antibiotics according to the drug sensitivity results. And more attention should be paid on the prevention.
