3+還原能力法和Fe2+螯合能力法分別測(cè)定兩者體外抗氧化能力,選取維生素C和EDTA-Na2作為陽性對(duì)照。結(jié)果 密蒙花中總酚為結(jié)香的3~5倍;除亞鐵離子螯合試驗(yàn)外,密蒙花的抗氧化作用均明顯優(yōu)于結(jié)香,這與總酚的量呈正相關(guān)性。結(jié)論 兩者總提取物中總酚和抗氧化能力差異顯著,密蒙花明顯優(yōu)于結(jié)香。;objective To compare the antioxidant activity in vitro of total extraction for Buddleja officinalis Maxim. and its substitute Edgeworthia chrysantha Lindl. Methods The contents of total phenolic were determined by Folin-Ciocalteu method. Antioxidant abilities of B. officinalis and E. chrysantha in vitro were determined using the method of DPPH free radical clear ability, ABTSclear ability, Fe3+ reduction ability, and Fe2+ chelating capacity, and VC and EDTA-Na2 were selected as positive control. Results The total phenolic content of the B. officinalis was about 3-5 times that of the E. chrysantha. Except for Fe2+ chelation test, the antioxidant effect of the B. officinalis was clearly superior to E. chrysantha, which was positively correlated with the contents of the total phenolic. Conclusion The total phenolic content and antioxidant capacity of both are significant different, and B. officinalis is better than that of E. chrysantha."/>
