目的 探討固本咳喘膠囊聯(lián)合二羥丙茶堿片治療緩解期支氣管哮喘臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月—2016年1月天門(mén)市第一人民醫(yī)院收治的緩解期支氣管哮喘患者92例納入本研究，所有患者采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各46例。對(duì)照組口服二羥丙茶堿片，1片/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服固本咳喘膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的肺功能、血?dú)庵笜?biāo)和炎性因子。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為73.9%、89.1%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組呼氣流速峰值（PEF）、呼氣峰流量變異率（PEFR）和一秒用力呼氣容積（FEV1）均明顯增高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯高于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血氧分壓（pO₂）、酸堿度（pH）值明顯升高，二氧化碳分壓（pCO₂）顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和白細(xì)胞介素-4（IL-4）水平均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 固本咳喘膠囊聯(lián)合二羥丙茶堿片治療緩解期支氣管哮喘具有較好的臨床療效，可改善患者肺功能，調(diào)節(jié)血?dú)庵笜?biāo)和炎性因子，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guben Kechuan Capsules combined with Diprophylline Tablets in treatment of remission stage of bronchial asthma. Methods Patients (92 cases) with remission stage of bronchial asthma in Tianmen First People's Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 46 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Diprophylline Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guben Kechuan Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and lung functions, blood gas indexes, inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 73.9% and 89.1%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, PEF, PEFR, and FEV1 in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, pO₂ and pH in two groups were significantly increased, but pCO₂ in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, and IL-4 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Guben Kechuan Capsules combined with Diprophylline Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of remission stage of bronchial asthma, can improve lung function, regulate blood gas indexes and inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
