目的 探討丹莪婦康煎膏聯(lián)合米非司酮片治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月—2017年5月富平縣計(jì)劃生育服務(wù)站和渭南市中心醫(yī)院收治的子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者140例為研究對(duì)象，按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各70例。對(duì)照組在月經(jīng)周期第1天口服米非司酮片，25 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上于月經(jīng)前10 d開始口服丹莪婦康煎膏，15 g/次，2次/d。兩組連續(xù)服用3個(gè)月經(jīng)周期。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫包塊直徑、視覺模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分、生活質(zhì)量和激素水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為78.57%、95.71%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組異位囊腫包塊直徑和VAS評(píng)分均顯著降低，生活質(zhì)量積分均顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組卵泡生成激素（FSH）、黃體生成激素（LH）、睪酮（T）水平均顯著降低，雌二醇（E₂）水平顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組激素水平的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 丹莪婦康煎膏聯(lián)合米非司酮片治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥具有較好的臨床療效，可顯著改善激素水平，減輕疼痛，提升生活質(zhì)量，具有一定臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dan'e Fukang Soft Extracts combined with Mifepristone Tablets in treatment of endometriosis. Methods Patients (140 cases) with endometriosis in Fuping County Family Planning Service Station and Weinan Central Hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 70 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Mifepristone Tablets at the first day of menstrual cycle, 25 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Dan'e Fukang Soft Extracts for 10 d before menstruation on the basis of the control group, 15 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and lump diameter of endometriosis cysts, VAS score, quality of life, and hormone level in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.57% and 95.71%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, lump diameter of endometriosis cysts and VAS score in two groups were significantly decreased, but the scores of quality of life in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH, LH, and T in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of E₂ in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the hormone levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dan'e Fukang Soft Extracts combined with Mifepristone Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of endometriosis, can improve ovarian function, relieve pain, and improve quality of life, which has a certain clinical application value.
