目的 探討桂枝茯苓丸聯(lián)合婦科千金膠囊治療卵巢囊腫的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年12月—2017年1月鞍鋼集團(tuán)公司總醫(yī)院收治的卵巢囊腫患者86例為研究對象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各43例。對照組口服婦科千金膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服桂枝茯苓丸，9丸/次，2次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療3個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的性激素水平、中醫(yī)癥狀評分和卵巢囊腫體積。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為72.09%、90.70%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組卵泡刺激素（FSH）和促黃體生成素（LH）水平均明顯升高，抗苗勒試管激素（AMH）和雌二醇（E₂）水平明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組中醫(yī)癥狀評分和卵巢囊腫體積均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 桂枝茯苓丸聯(lián)合婦科千金膠囊治療卵巢囊腫具有較好的臨床療效，能改善患者卵巢功能，調(diào)節(jié)性激素水平，具有一定臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Fuke Qianjin Capsules in treatment of ovarian cyst. Methods Patients (86 cases) with ovarian cyst in Ansteel Group Hospital from December 2015 to January 2017 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Fuke Qianjin Capsules, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guizhi Fuling Pills on the basis of the control group, 9 pills/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and sex hormone level, TCM symptom score and ovarian cyst volume in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 72.09% and 90.70%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FSH and LH in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of AMH and E₂ in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, TCM symptom score and ovarian cyst volume in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Pills combined with Fuke Qianjin Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of ovarian cyst, can improve ovarian function, and regulate sex hormone level, which has a certain clinical application value.
