目的 探討康婦消炎栓聯(lián)合鹽酸左氧氟沙星片和金剛藤膠囊治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床療效和安全性。方法 選取2012年4月—2016年2月十堰市太和醫(yī)院婦科收治的慢性盆腔炎患者198例作為研究對象，依據(jù)隨機數(shù)據(jù)表法將所有患者分為對照組（101例）和治療組（97例）。對照組口服鹽酸左氧氟沙星片，0.2 g/次，3次/d；同時口服金剛藤膠囊，2.0 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上晚間直腸給予康婦消炎栓，1粒/次，1次/d。兩組患者均治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分、包塊直徑、盆腔積液深度和T淋巴細胞亞群（CD³⁺、CD⁴⁺、CD⁸⁺和CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為90.10%、96.91%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分、包塊直徑和盆腔積液深度均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組CD³⁺、CD⁴⁺和CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺水平均顯著上升，CD⁸⁺水平均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 康婦消炎栓聯(lián)合鹽酸左氧氟沙星片和金剛藤膠囊治療慢性盆腔炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)免疫功能，安全性較好，具有一定臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets and Jingangteng Capsules in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease. Methods Patients (198 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammation disease in Shiyan Taihe Hospital from April 2012 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the control group (101 cases) and the treatment group (97 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.2 g/time, three times daily. And patients in the control group were also po administered with Jingangteng Capsules, 2.0 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were rectal administered with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository at bedtime on the basis of the control group, 1 grain/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and VAS score, mass diameter, depth of pelvic effusion, and T lymphocyte subsets (CD³⁺, CD⁴⁺, CD⁸⁺, and CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺) levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 90.10% and 96.91%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS score, mass diameter, and depth of pelvic effusion in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD³⁺, CD⁴⁺, and CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺ in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of CD⁸⁺in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets and Jingangteng Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation disease, can improve clinical symptoms, and regulate immune function, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
