目的 探討注射用重組人促卵泡激素聯(lián)合枸櫞酸氯米芬片治療多囊卵巢綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月—2016年3月新鄉(xiāng)市中心醫(yī)院收治的多囊卵巢綜合征患者122例作為研究對象，根據(jù)隨機表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各61例。對照組口服枸櫞酸氯米芬片，100 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上皮下注射注射用重組人促卵泡激素，75 IU/次，1次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的血清激素水平、排卵率和妊娠率。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為70.49%、91.80%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮、促卵泡素（FSH）水平明顯升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯高于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組排卵率分別為36.07%、62.30%；妊娠率分別為11.48%、27.87%，兩組總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 注射用重組人促卵泡激素聯(lián)合枸櫞酸氯米芬片治療多囊卵巢綜合征具有較好的臨床療效，能夠改善性激素分泌水平，促進排卵功能，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Follitropin for injection combined with Clomiphene Citrate Tablets in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Patients (122 cases) with polycystic ovary syndrome in Xinxiang Central Hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 61 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clomiphene Citrate Tablets, 100 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were sc administered with Recombinant Human Follitropin for injection on the basis of the control group, 75 IU/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and serum hormone levels, ovulation rates, and pregnancy rates in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 70.49% and 91.80%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂, progesterone, and FSH in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ovulation rates in the control and treatment groups were 36.07% and 62.30%, respectively, and the pregnancy rates in the control and treatment groups were 11.48% and 27.87%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Recombinant Human Follitropin for injection combined with Clomiphene Citrate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, can improve sex hormone secretion level and ovulation promoting function, which has a certain clinical application value.
