目的 探討大蒜素軟膠囊聯(lián)合碘甘油治療復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍的臨床效果。方法 選取2015年10月—2017年10月北京市順義區(qū)醫(yī)院收治的104例復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍患者，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各52例。對照組患者外用1%碘甘油，3次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服大蒜素軟膠囊，1粒/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時比較兩組治療前后視覺模擬（VAS）評分、潰瘍面積、腫瘤壞死因子（TNF）-α、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、白介素（IL）-8、唾液表皮生長因子（EGF）、CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組患者的總有效率分別為80.8%、94.2%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分、潰瘍面積、TNF-α、CRP、IL-8、唾液EGF顯著降低，外周血CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺均顯著增加，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組VAS評分、潰瘍面積、TNF-α、CRP、IL-8、唾液EGF低于對照組，CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺高于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 大蒜素軟膠囊聯(lián)合碘甘油治療復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍可迅速緩解患者癥狀，減輕炎性損傷，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

objective To investigate the clinical effect of Alltride Soft Capsules combined with iodine glycerol in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Patients (104 cases) with recurrent oral ulcer in the Hospital of Shunyi District Beijing from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into control (52 cases) and treatment (52 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were used 1% Iodine Glycerol, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Alltride Soft Capsules, 1 grain/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of VAS score, ulcer area, TNF-α, CRP, IL-8, EGF, and CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 80.8% and 94.2%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS score, ulcer area, TNF-α, CRP, IL-8, and EGF in two groups were decreased, but CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺ was increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, VAS score, ulcer area, TNF-α, CRP, IL-8, and EGF in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺ was higher than that in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusions Alltride Soft Capsules combined with iodine glycerol has clinical curative effect in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer, and can relieve the symptoms of the patient quickly, also can reduce the inflammatory damage, which has a certain clinical application value.
