目的 觀察金匱腎氣片聯(lián)合鹽酸坦索羅辛治療膀胱過度活動(dòng)癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年7月—2017年6月在大連大學(xué)附屬新華醫(yī)院就診的膀胱過度活動(dòng)癥患者106例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各53例。對(duì)照組飯后口服鹽酸坦索羅辛緩釋膠囊，0.2 mg/次，1次/d；治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服金匱腎氣片，4片/次，2次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者尿失禁生活質(zhì)量評(píng)估量表（I-QOL）、膀胱過度活動(dòng)癥評(píng)分（OABSS）和排尿相關(guān)指標(biāo)改善情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組臨床總有效率為75.47%，顯著低于治療組的92.45%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組I-QOL均顯著升高，OABSS顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患者I-QOL和OABSS水平明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組24 h排尿次數(shù)、24 h夜尿次數(shù)和24 h急迫性尿失禁次數(shù)顯著減少，最大尿流率（Q_max）、平均尿流率（Q_ave）和平均尿量（V_V）水平顯著升高，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患者上述排尿指標(biāo)改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 金匱腎氣片聯(lián)合鹽酸坦索羅辛治療膀胱過度活動(dòng)癥臨床療效確切，癥狀改善明顯，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

objective To observe the clinical effect of Jingui Shenqi Tablets combined with tamsulosin in treatment of overactive bladder. Methods Patients (106 cases) with overactive bladder in Dalian University Affiliated Xinhua Hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules after meals, 0.2 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jingui Shenqi Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tables/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of the OABSS, I-QOL and urination related indexes in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 75.47%, which was significantly lower than 92.45% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, I-QOL in two groups was significantly increased, the OABSS was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And I-QOL and OABSS in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, but 24 h urination times、24 h nocturia frequency and 24 h frequency of urgent incontinence in two groups were significantly decreased, but Q_max, Q_ave and V_V levels were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And these urination related indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jingui Shenqi Tablets combined with tamsulosin has significant clinical curative effect in treatment of overactive bladder with obvious improved symptoms, which has a certain clinical application value.
