目的 觀察麻仁軟膠囊聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌乳桿菌三聯(lián)活菌片治療熱積證功能性便秘的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年9月—2017年9月天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院、天津北辰區(qū)中醫(yī)院收治的功能性便秘患者64例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（30例）和治療組（34例）。對(duì)照組患者口服雙歧桿菌乳桿菌三聯(lián)活菌片，4片/次，3次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服麻仁軟膠囊，2粒/次，1次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀積分、中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分和焦慮自評(píng)量表（SAS）評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.00%和91.18%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者排便頻率、排便速度、排便時(shí)間、排便費(fèi)力、糞便性狀積分，腹脹、腹痛、口臭、口干中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分較治療前均顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組上述評(píng)分均顯著低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者SAS評(píng)分顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組SAS評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 麻仁軟膠囊聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌乳桿菌三聯(lián)活菌片治療熱積證功能性便秘臨床療效較好，可顯著改善臨床癥狀和焦慮癥狀，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Maren Soft Capsules combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets in treatment of functional constipation with heat syndrome. Methods Patients (64 cases) with functional constipation with heat syndrome in First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of TCM and Tianjin Beichen District Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control (30 cases) and treatment (34 cases) groups.Patients in the control group were po administered with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Maren Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the clinical symptom scores, TCM symptom scores, and SAS score in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 91.18%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, defecation frequency, defecation speed, defecation time, defecation laborious, stool character scores, and abdominal distension, abdominal pain, bad breath, dry mouth scores in two groups were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And these scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, SAS score in two groups was decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And SAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Maren Soft Capsules combined with Live Combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of functional constipation with heat syndrome, can improve clinical symptom and anxiety symptom, which has a certain clinical application value.
