目的 對2016年武漢大學(xué)人民醫(yī)院熱毒寧注射液的使用情況進行分析，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 對武漢大學(xué)人民醫(yī)院2016年使用熱毒寧注射液的門急診患者的性別、年齡、處方科室、不合理用藥情況等進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 共收集處方738張，使用熱毒寧注射液的患者男性多于女性，男女比例為1.18∶1；患者年齡以0～10歲居多；使用科室以兒科居多，有643份。上呼吸道感染例數(shù)最多，有572例，占77.51%。適應(yīng)癥不符的處方有4張。結(jié)論 武漢大學(xué)人民醫(yī)院熱毒寧注射液的使用基本合理，但仍存在不規(guī)范使用現(xiàn)象。建議嚴(yán)格按照熱毒寧注射液藥品說明書合理使用，加強辨證論治，發(fā)揮中成藥在醫(yī)療中的作用。

Objective To investigate the application of Reduning Injection in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University in 2016, and to provide refference for rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods The utilization of Reduning Injection in Department of Outpatient and Emergency in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University in 2016 was analyzed statistically in terms of gender of and age of patients, department, and irrational drug use etc. Results There were 738 pieces of prescriptions using Reduning Injection. The male was more than female with the ratio of 1.18:1. And the ages of patients were mainly 0-10 years old. Reduning Injection was mostly used in Department of Pediatrics with 643 pieces. The patients with upper respiratory tract infection had the most cases, which was up to 572 cases, accounting for 77.51%. There were 4 prescriptions that did not conform to the indications. Conclusion The clinical use of Reduning Injection in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University is basically rational, but there are still some nonstandard uses. In order to play more important role in clinical medicine, the clinical use of Reduning Injection should be strictly in accordance with the drug instructions and treatment based on syndrome differentiation should be emphasized.
