目的 探討血必凈注射液聯(lián)合利奈唑胺治療重癥肺炎的臨床效果。方法 選取?？谑腥嗣襻t(yī)院在2015年4月—2017年4月收治的重癥肺炎患者81例，隨機(jī)分成對照組（40例）和治療組（41例）。對照組患者靜脈滴注利奈唑胺注射液，600 mg/次，2次/d。治療組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注血必凈注射液，50 mL加入生理鹽水100 mL，2次/d。兩組患者均治療14 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者細(xì)菌清除率、臨床癥狀和生化指標(biāo)改善時間及肺功能指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床總有效率分別為77.50%、95.12%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組細(xì)菌清除率分別為55.00%、80.49%；兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，治療組臨床癥狀和生化指標(biāo)恢復(fù)時間均明顯短于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者最大呼氣中期流速（MMF）和用力呼氣量占用力肺活量比值（FEV₁/FVC）明顯升高，呼氣峰流速（PEF）明顯降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組肺功能各指標(biāo)改善后情況明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 血必凈注射液聯(lián)合利奈唑胺治療重癥肺炎療效顯著，可有效改善患者肺功能指標(biāo)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing Injection combined with linezolid in treatment of severe pneumonia. Methods Patients (81 cases) with severe pneumonia in Haikou People's Hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control (40 cases) and treatment (41 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Linezolid Injection, 600 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Xuebijing Injection on the basis of the control group, 50 mL added into normal saline 100 mL, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the bacterial clearance rate, the improvement time of clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes, the lung function indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 77.50% and 95.12%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the bacterial clearance rate in the control and treatment groups were 55.00% and 80.49%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the recovery time of clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the MMF and FEV₁/FVC in two groups were significantly increased, but PEF was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the lung function indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing Injection combined with linezolid has significant effect in treatment of severe pneumonia, can effectively improve the lung function indicators, which has a certain clinical application value.
