目的 探討金振口服液聯(lián)合孟魯司特鈉片治療小兒支氣管炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年7月—2017年7月焦作市婦幼保健院收治的小兒支氣管炎患者106例作為研究對(duì)象，所有患兒采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各53例。對(duì)照組口服孟魯司特鈉片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服金振口服液，1歲：5 mL/次，3次/d；2~3歲：10 mL/次，2次/d；4~7歲：10 mL/次，3次/d；8~14歲：15 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患兒均治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀改善時(shí)間、血清學(xué)指標(biāo)和血?dú)庵笜?biāo)水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.13%、96.23%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，治療組熱退時(shí)間、哮鳴音消失時(shí)間、咳嗽消失時(shí)間、喘息消失時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、可溶性髓系細(xì)胞觸發(fā)受體-1（sTREM-1）和白細(xì)胞介素-13（IL-13）水平均明顯降低，白細(xì)胞介素-10（IL-10）、γ-干擾素（IFN-γ）水平均明顯升高，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組氧分壓（pO₂）水平明顯升高，二氧化碳分壓（pCO₂）水平明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 金振口服液聯(lián)合孟魯司特鈉片治療小兒支氣管炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，降低機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)，改善血?dú)庵笜?biāo)水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with Montelukast Sodium Tablets in treatment of bronchitis in children. Methods Children (106 cases) with bronchitis in Jiaozuo Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Montelukast Sodium Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Jinzhen Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, age 1 year:5 mL/time, three times daily, age 2 — 3 year:10 mL/time, once daily, age 4 — 7 year:10 mL/time, three times daily, age 8 — 14 year:15 mL/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom improvement time, serological indexes, and blood gas indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.13% and 96.23%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, heat retreat time and the disappearance times of wheezing sound, coughing, wheezing in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, sTREM-1 and IL-13 in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of IL-10 and IFN-γ in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of pO₂ in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of pCO₂ in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jinzhen Oral Liquid combined with Montelukast Sodium Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of bronchitis in children, can improve clinical symptoms, decrease inflammatory response, improve the levels of blood gas index, which has a certain clinical application value.
