目的 探討蒲公英膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢克洛膠囊治療扁桃體炎的臨床效果。方法 選取2016年4月—2017年4月監(jiān)利縣人民醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科收治的扁桃體炎患者161例為研究對象，將所有患者隨機分為對照組（80例）和治療組（81例）。對照組口服頭孢克洛膠囊，1粒/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服蒲公英膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀改善、白細胞計數(shù)、C反應(yīng)蛋白和視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為87.50%、97.53%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，治療組發(fā)熱消退時間、咽部不適消失時間和扁桃體紅腫消失時間均明顯短于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組白細胞計數(shù)、C反應(yīng)蛋白和VAS評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 蒲公英膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢克洛膠囊治療扁桃體炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，降低炎性反應(yīng)，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pugongying Capsules combined with Cefaclor Capsules in treatment of tonsillitis. Methods Patients (161 cases) with tonsillitis in Jianli County People's Hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (80 cases) and the treatment group (81 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Cefaclor Capsules, 1 grain/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Pugongying Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms improvement, leucocyte count, C reactive protein, and VAS score in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 87.50% and 97.53%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, fever subsided time, pharyngeal discomfort, and tonsil swelling disappeared time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, leucocyte count, C reactive protein, and VAS score in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pugongying Capsules combined with Cefaclor Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of tonsillitis, can improve clinical symptoms, and decrease inflammatory response, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
