目的 探討杞菊地黃丸聯(lián)合環(huán)丙沙星治療慢性腎盂腎炎的臨床效果。方法 選取日照市婦幼保健院在2015年12月—2016年12月收治的慢性腎盂腎炎患者141例，隨機(jī)分成對照組（70例）和治療組（71例）。對照組患者口服鹽酸環(huán)丙沙星片，1片/1次，3次/d；治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服杞菊地黃丸，8丸/次，3次/d。所有患者均經(jīng)過規(guī)律治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者主要癥狀積分、腎功能指標(biāo)和不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組患者臨床總有效率為85.71%明顯低于治療組的98.59%，停藥半年內(nèi)對照組和治療組的重新感染率分別為12.86%、2.82%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組主要癥狀積分明顯降低（P < 0.05）；且治療組積分明顯低于對照組（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的血清肌酐、血尿素氮和尿微量白蛋白水平均顯著降低（P < 0.05）；且治療組患者腎功能指標(biāo)水平明顯低于對照組（P < 0.05）。治療期間，治療組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為4.23%，明顯低于對照組患者的17.14%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 杞菊地黃丸聯(lián)合環(huán)丙沙星治療慢性腎盂腎炎療效顯著，可降低停藥半年內(nèi)重新感染率，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qiju Dihuang Pills combined with ciprofloxacin in treatment of chronic pyelonephritis. Methods Patients (141 cases) with chronic pyelonephritis in Women and Children's Health Care Hospital of Rizhao from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control (70 cases) and treatment (71 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qiju Dihuang Pills on the basis of the control group, 8 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 week. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the main symptom scores, renal function indexes, adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group 85.71% was significantly lower than that in the treatment group 98.59%, the reinfection rate of six months after the therapy in the control and treatment group were 12.86%、2.82%, respectively,and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the main symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and urine microalbuminuria in two groups was significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and these renal function indexes levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 4.23%, which was significantly lower than 17.14% in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qiju Dihuang Pills combined with ciprofloxacin has significant effect in treatment of chronic pyelonephritis, can reduce the reinfection rate of six months after the therapy, which has a certain clinical application value.
