目的 探討坤泰膠囊聯(lián)合螺內(nèi)酯片治療多囊卵巢綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年6月—2017年6月在華北理工大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院就診的多囊卵巢綜合征患者120例為研究對象，將所有患者隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組口服螺內(nèi)酯片，2片/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服坤泰膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的血清激素水平、臨床癥狀評分、排卵率、妊娠率和胰島素抵抗情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.00%、95.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組血清黃體生成素（LH）、睪酮（T）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組LH、T水平均明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者多毛評分和痤瘡評分均顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組多毛評分和痤瘡評分明顯高于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，治療組排卵率和妊娠率均顯著高于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組穩(wěn)態(tài)模型評估–胰島素抵抗指數(shù)（HOMA-IR）和穩(wěn)態(tài)模型評估–胰島β細胞功能指數(shù)（HOMA-β）均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 坤泰膠囊聯(lián)合螺內(nèi)酯片治療多囊卵巢綜合征具有較好的臨床療效，能改善臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)血清激素水平，降低胰島素抵抗，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To study the effects of Kuntai Capsules combined Spironolactone Tablets in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Women (120 cases) with polycystic ovary syndrome in the Affiliated Hospital of North China Polytechnic University from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Women in the control group were po administered with Spironolactone Tablets, 2 tablets/time, twice daily. Women in the treatment group were po administered with Kuntai Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Women in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and serum hormone levels, clinical symptom scores, ovulation rates, pregnancy rates, and insulin resistance in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 95.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of LH and T in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, hairy scores and acne scores in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, HOMA-IR and HOMA-β in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Kuntai Capsules combined with Spironolactone Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, can improve clinical symptoms, regulate serum hormone level, and decrease insulin resistance, which has a certain clinical application value.
