目的 探討?zhàn)鲅云?lián)合玻璃酸鈉注射液治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年2月—2016年7月在漢川市人民醫(yī)院骨科進(jìn)行治療的膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者86例為研究對(duì)象，采用雙盲法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各43例。對(duì)照組關(guān)節(jié)腔內(nèi)注射玻璃酸鈉注射液，2.5 mL/次，1次/周。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服瘀血痹片，5片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均持續(xù)治療5周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的Lysholm、VAS和ADL評(píng)分以及血清學(xué)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.40%、93.02%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組Lysholm和ADL評(píng)分顯著升高，VAS評(píng)分顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組血清C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）和腫瘤壞死因子（TNF-α）水平顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 瘀血痹片聯(lián)合玻璃酸鈉注射液治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎具有較好的臨床療效，可減輕患者疼痛，提升生活質(zhì)量，改善關(guān)節(jié)炎癥，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yuxuebi Tablets combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Patients (86 cases) with knee osteoarthritis in Department of Orthopaedics of Hanchuan People's Hospital from February 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were intra articular injection administered with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection, 2.5 mL/time, once weekly. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yuxuebi Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and Lysholm scores, VAS scores, ADL scores, and serological indexes were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.40% and 93.02%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, Lysholm scores and VAS scores in two groups were significantly increased, but ADL scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-8, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yuxuebi Tablets combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis, can relieve the pain of the patients, enhance the quality of life, improve inflammation of the joints, which has a certain clinical application value.
