目的 分析2014—2016年解放軍總醫(yī)院海南分院口服抗高血壓藥使用情況及變化趨勢，為臨床合理用藥和管理提供參考依據(jù)。方法 通過醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)（HIS）提取2014—2016年解放軍總醫(yī)院海南分院口服抗高血壓藥使用相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，對各類藥品的用藥金額和用藥頻度（DDDs）進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 2014—2016年，口服抗高血壓藥的用藥總金額不斷上升，其中鈣通道阻滯劑（CCB）、血管緊張素Ⅱ受體拮抗劑（ARB）、復方制劑、β受體阻斷劑、血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)化酶抑制劑（ACEI）用藥金額構(gòu)成比分列前5位。苯磺酸氨氯地平片的用藥金額始終處于首位，并呈逐年上升趨勢；富馬酸比索洛爾片的DDDs一直處于前兩位，且逐年上升趨勢；坎地沙坦酯片的用藥金額構(gòu)成比及DDDs均呈較為明顯的上升趨勢；纈沙坦膠囊的用藥金額構(gòu)成比及DDDs逐年下降。結(jié)論 解放軍總醫(yī)院海南分院口服抗高血壓藥的使用情況基本符合當前指南推薦的用藥原則，但個別品種用量呈持續(xù)增長勢態(tài)，需密切關(guān)注、加強監(jiān)管，確保臨床用藥更為規(guī)范、合理。

Objective To analyze the use condition and trend of oral antihypertensive drugs in Hainan Branch of PLA General Hospital from 2014 to 2016, and in order to provide reference and management for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods The relevant data of utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in Hainan Branch of PLA General Hospital from 2014 to 2016 was selected from hospital information systems (HIS), and consumption sum and defined daily doses (DDDs) of all kinds of oral antihypertensive drugs were analyzed. Results From 2014 to 2016, the total amounts of oral antihypertensive drugs continuously rose for three years. The composing ratio of consumption sum of Calcium channel blockers (CCB), angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist (ARB), compound preparation, β-receptor blocker, and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) ranked the top five. Consumption sum of Amlodipine Besylate Tablets were always in the first place with an increasing trend year by year. DDDs of Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets remained the second place with an increasing trend year by year. The composing ratio of consumption sum and DDDs had shown an obvious increase for Candesartan Ester Tablets, while valsartan capsule came down year by year. Conclusion The use of oral antihypertensive drugs in Hainan Branch of PLA General Hospital ultimately complys with medication principles of context guidelines recommend. But the consumption of some varieties presents an increasing tendency continuously. For these varieties, more attention should be given, and supervision should be strengthened to insure the standard and rational drug use in clinic.
