鎖陽為我國傳統(tǒng)補(bǔ)腎類中藥，是鎖陽科植物鎖陽Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.的肉質(zhì)莖。鎖陽中含有多種化學(xué)成分，具有增強(qiáng)組織耐低氧能力、抗疲勞、保肝護(hù)肝、抗骨質(zhì)疏松及對神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的保護(hù)等多種藥理作用。綜述了鎖陽藥理作用的研究進(jìn)展，為今后鎖陽的進(jìn)一步研究提供參考。

Cynomorii herba which is the stem of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr., is a traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating the kidney. Cynomorii herba has rich variety of biologically active substances, and has the pharmacological action of enhancing hypoxia tolerance, anti-fatigue, protecting liver, anti-osteoporosis, and protecting nervous system, etc. Research progress on pharmacology of Cynomorii herba is reviewed in this paper, laying the foundation for further research.
