目的 觀察乳酸桿菌活菌聯(lián)合特比萘芬治療念珠菌性陰道炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月-2016年12月在中國人民解放軍第四五七醫(yī)院就診的念珠菌性陰道炎患者106例，隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組，每組各53例。對照組口服鹽酸特比萘芬片，0.25 mg/次，1次/d；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上陰道深部放入陰道用乳桿菌活菌膠囊，1粒/次，1次/晚。兩組患者均治療12周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀評(píng)分和臨床癥狀體征改善時(shí)間。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床總有效率為79.25%，顯著低于治療組的92.45%。兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者外陰瘙癢和灼痛感評(píng)分均明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療組上述臨床癥狀評(píng)分比對照組更低（P<0.05）。治療組患者臨床癥狀體征開始改善時(shí)間明顯短于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 乳酸桿菌活菌聯(lián)合特比萘芬治療念珠菌性陰道炎療效顯著，可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀，不良反應(yīng)較少，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of live lactobacillus combined with terbinafine in treatment of candidal vaginitis. Methods Patients (106 cases) with candidal vaginitis in Chinese PLA No. 457 Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Terbinafine Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.25 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were vagina deeply administered with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for vaginal use on the basis of the control group, 1 grain/time, once every night. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the clinical symptom score, the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 79.25%, which was significantly lower than 92.45% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the vulva pruritus and pain score in two groups was significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Live lactobacillus combined with terbinafine has good effect in treatment of candidal vaginitis, can obviously improving the clinical symptoms with less adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
