目的 探討還少膠囊聯(lián)合戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇環(huán)丙孕酮片復(fù)合包裝治療卵巢早衰的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年2月-2017年6月南開大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院（天津市第四醫(yī)院）收治的132例卵巢早衰患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各66例。對(duì)照組患者給予戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇環(huán)丙孕酮片復(fù)合包裝，1片/d，連續(xù)服用21 d。于撤退性出血第5天重復(fù)使用，連續(xù)治療4個(gè)月經(jīng)周期。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服還少膠囊，5粒/次，3次/d。有月經(jīng)來潮者，于月經(jīng)第5天服用，連續(xù)治療4個(gè)月經(jīng)周期。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后平均卵巢直徑（MOD）、竇卵泡個(gè)數(shù)（AFC）、卵巢動(dòng)脈收縮期峰值流速（PSV）、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、雌二醇（E₂）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黃體生成素（LH）、CD³⁺、CD⁴⁺、CD8⁺、CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺比值的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為83.33%、95.45%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組MOD、AFC、PSV、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、E₂、CD³⁺、CD⁴⁺、CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺比值均較治療前顯著增加，但FSH、LH、CD⁸⁺顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組MOD、AFC、PSV、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、E₂、CD³⁺、CD⁴⁺、CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺比值高于對(duì)照組，F(xiàn)SH、LH、CD⁸⁺低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 還少膠囊聯(lián)合戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇環(huán)丙孕酮片復(fù)合包裝治療卵巢早衰療效顯著，可有效緩解臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)性激素水平，促進(jìn)卵巢功能恢復(fù)，增強(qiáng)細(xì)胞免疫功能，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huanshao Capsules combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Valerate Tablets, Estradiol Valerate and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets in treatment of premature ovarian failure. Methods Patients (132 cases) with premature ovarian failure in Affiliated Hospital of Nankai University (the Fourth Hospital of Tianjin) from February 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control (66 cases) and treatment (66 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Complex Packing Estradiol Valerate Tablets, Estradiol Valerate and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets for 21 d, 1 tablet/d. And the patients repeated to use in the fifth day of withdrawal hemorrhage, and they were continuously treated for 4 menstrual cycles. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huanshao Capsules on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. If there was menstruation, the patients took Huanshao Capsules on the fifth day of menstruation, and they were continuously treated for 4 menstrual cycles. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of MOD, AFC, PSV, endometrial thickness, E₂, FSH, LH, CD³⁺, CD⁴⁺, CD⁸⁺, and CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 83.33% and 95.45%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, MOD, AFC, PSV, endometrial thickness, E₂, CD³⁺, CD⁴⁺, and CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺ in two groups increased significantly, but FSH, LH, and CD⁸⁺ reduced significantly, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, MOD, AFC, PSV, endometrial thickness, E₂, CD³⁺, CD⁴⁺, and CD⁴⁺/CD⁸⁺ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but FSH, LH, and CD⁸⁺ were lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusions Huanshao Capsules combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Valerate Tablets, Estradiol Valerate and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets has remarkable clinical effect in treatment of premature ovarian failure, and can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, regulate the level of sex hormones, and also can promote the recovery of ovarian function, enhance the cellular immunity function, which has a certain clinical application value.
