目的 探討婦科千金片聯(lián)合復(fù)方醋酸棉酚片治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月-2017年1月定州花張蒙醫(yī)院收治的子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者131例為研究對象，在隨機分組的原則下將所有患者分為對照組（65例）和治療組（66例）。對照組患者口服復(fù)方醋酸棉酚片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服婦科千金片，6片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療90 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的卵巢功能指標(biāo)、血清癌抗原125（CA125）、視黃醇結(jié)合蛋白4（RBP4）、高遷移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.54%、95.45%，復(fù)發(fā)率分別為13.85%、3.03%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清雌二醇（E₂）、促卵泡成熟激素（FSH）和黃體生成激素（LH）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些卵巢功能指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組癌抗原125（CA125）、視黃醇結(jié)合蛋白4（RBP4）、高遷移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 婦科千金片聯(lián)合復(fù)方醋酸棉酚片治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥具有較好的臨床療效，可改善卵巢功能，CA125、RBP4、HMGB1水平，安全性較高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with Compound Gosspol Acetate Tablets in treatment of endometriosis. Methods Patients (131 cases) with endometriosis in Dingzhou Huazhangmeng Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (65 cases) and the treatment group (66 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Gosspol Acetate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fuke Qianjin Tablets on the basis of the control group, 6 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 90 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and ovarian function indexes, CA125, RBP4, and HMGB1 in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.54% and 95.45%, respectively, and the recurrence rates in the control and treatment groups were 13.85% and 3.03%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂, FSH, and LH in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CA125, RBP4, and HMGB1 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with Compound Gosspol Acetate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of endometriosis, can improve the ovarian function, and decrease the levels of CA125, RBP4, and HMGB1, which has a certain clinical application value.
