目的 了解天津市津南區(qū)咸水沽醫(yī)院麻醉藥品的使用情況和變化趨勢，為促使臨床合理應用麻醉藥品提供依據(jù)。方法 對2014-2016年天津市津南區(qū)咸水沽醫(yī)院麻醉藥品的使用數(shù)量、銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均費用（DDC）及藥品排序比（B/A）等進行統(tǒng)計和分析。結果 2014-2016年麻醉藥品的銷售金額及構成比均逐年增加，其中枸櫞酸舒芬太尼注射液的銷售金額在2015、2016年均占絕對優(yōu)勢。麻醉藥品的DDDs排名相對穩(wěn)定，磷酸可待因片和鹽酸嗎啡緩釋片的DDDs排名保持在前兩位?？诜┬蛦岱阮惵樽硭幤返腄DC基本相近。鹽酸嗎啡緩釋片、芬太尼透皮貼、硫酸嗎啡緩釋片、磷酸可待因片、鹽酸哌替啶注射液和鹽酸布桂嗪注射液B/A都大于1。注射用鹽酸瑞芬太尼、鹽酸羥考酮注射液、枸櫞酸舒芬太尼注射液B/A小于1。其余麻醉藥品B/A均接近于1。結論 天津市津南區(qū)咸水沽醫(yī)院麻醉藥品應用基本合理，但仍存在一些不足，還需進一步加強麻醉藥品管理。

Objective To understand the usage and changing trend of narcotic drugs in Jinnan Xianshuigu Hospital of Tianjin City, so as to provide basis for the rational application of narcotic drugs in clinic. Methods The quantities, consumption sum, defined daily doses (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and drug sequence ratio (B/A) of narcotic drugs in Jinnan Xianshuigu Hospital of Tianjin City from 2014 to 2016 were analyzed statistically. Results The sales amount and composition ratio of narcotic drugs increased year by year from 2014 to 2016. The sales amount of Sufentanil Citrate Injection accounted for an absolute advantage in 2015 and 2016. The DDDS rankings of narcotic drugs were relatively stable, and DDDs of Codeine Phosphate Tablets and Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets ranked the first two places. DDC of morphine and related narcotic drugs in oral dosage forms were basically near. B/A of Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets, Fentanyl Transdermal Patch, Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablets, Codeine Phosphate Tablets, Meperidine Hydrochloride Injection, and Buprenazine Hydrochloride Injection were above 1. B/A of Remifentanil Hydrochloride for injection, Oxycodone Hydrochloride Injection, Sufentanil Citrate Injection were less than 1. B/A of the remaining narcotic dugs was close to 1. Conclusion The application of narcotic drugs in Jinnan Xianshuigu Hospital of Tianjin City is basically reasonable, but there are still some shortcomings. It is necessary to further strengthen the management of narcotic drugs.
