目的 探討銀杏葉滴丸聯(lián)合非洛地平治療冠心病心絞痛的有效性與安全性。方法 選取濱州醫(yī)學院煙臺附屬醫(yī)院2015年12月—2017年6月收治的冠心病心絞痛患者146例，根據(jù)治療方案的不同分成對照組（73例）和治療組（73例）。對照組患者口服非洛地平緩釋片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組患者在對照組的基礎上口服銀杏葉滴丸，5丸/次，3次/d。所有患者均治療2個月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者心絞痛發(fā)作頻率和平均持續(xù)時間，運動耐力、血清P選擇素水平、生活質(zhì)量評分、心臟指標和舒張期冠狀動脈血流峰值速度及不良反應情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床總有效率為84.93%，顯著低于治療組的95.89%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者心絞痛發(fā)作頻率和平均持續(xù)時間均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組患者發(fā)作頻率和平均持續(xù)時間明顯低于對照組患者（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者6 min步行距離和生活質(zhì)量評分均顯著增加（P<0.05），血清P選擇素水平顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組上述指標明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者LVEF和舒張期冠狀動脈血流峰值速度顯著升高（P<0.05），LVEDD顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組患者這些指標治療后水平明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。治療組不良反應發(fā)生率為2.74%，明顯低于對照組的13.70%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 銀杏葉滴丸聯(lián)合非洛地平治療冠心病心絞痛療效顯著，不良反應發(fā)生率低，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of Yinxingye Dropping Pills combined with felodipine in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (146 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from December 2015 to June 2017 were divided into control (73 cases) and treatment (73 cases) groups according to different treatment. Patients in the control group were po administered with Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yinxingye Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group, 5 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the frequency and average duration of angina pectoris, the exercise endurance, serum P selectin level, the quality of life score, the cardiac indexes, peak velocity of coronary artery blood flow and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 84.93%, which was significantly lower than 95.89% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency and average duration of angina pectoris in two groups was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the frequency and average duration in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the exercise endurance and quality of life score in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), but serum P selectin level was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the indicators in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the LVEF and peak velocity of coronary artery blood flow in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), but LVEDD was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And these indexes in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.74%, which was significantly lower than 13.70% in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yinxingye Dropping Pills combined with felodipine has significant effect in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with low adverse reaction incidence, which has a certain clinical application value.
