目的 探討珍菊降壓片聯(lián)合馬來酸依那普利片治療原發(fā)性高血壓的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年6月—2017年6月在首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京世紀(jì)壇醫(yī)院治療的高血壓患者134例為研究對象，所有患者根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各67例。對照組口服馬來酸依那普利片，2片/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服珍菊降壓片，1片/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療2個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的血壓變化和血管內(nèi)皮功能改善情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為74.63%、91.04%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組收縮壓（SBP）、舒張壓（DBP）均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組血壓明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組一氧化氮（NO）、降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽（cGRP）水平顯著升高，內(nèi)皮素（ET）水平顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組血管內(nèi)皮功能指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 珍菊降壓片聯(lián)合馬來酸依那普利片治療原發(fā)性高血壓具有較好的臨床療效，可改善血管內(nèi)皮功能，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhenju Jiangya Tablets combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets in treatment of primary hypertension. Methods Patients (134 cases) with primary hypertension in Beijing Shijitan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from June 2014 to June 2017 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 67 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Enalapril Maleate Tablets, 2 tablets/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zhenju Jiangya Tablets on the basis of the control group, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and blood pressure change and the improvement of vascular endothelial function in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 74.63% and 91.04%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, SBP and DBP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And blood pressure indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of NO and cGRP in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of ET in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P <0.05). And the vascular endothelial function indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Zhenju Jiangya Tablets combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of primary hypertension, can improve vascular endothelial function, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
