目的 探討溫胃舒顆粒聯(lián)合艾司奧美拉唑鎂腸溶片治療胃潰瘍的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年3月—2017年8月在航空總醫(yī)院進行診治的胃潰瘍患者82例為研究對象，采用隨機數(shù)字表將患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各41例。對照組口服艾司奧美拉唑鎂腸溶片，20 mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服溫胃舒顆粒，20 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀評分、血清學指標、幽門螺旋桿菌根除率和潰瘍愈合率。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.49%、97.56%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組腹痛、食欲缺乏、反酸、腹脹評分均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組臨床癥狀評分明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清轉化生長因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）、高遷移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）、白細胞介素-17（IL-17）水平顯著降低，鈣素基因相關肽（CGRP）、白細胞介素-10（IL-10）水平顯著增加，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組血清學指標明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組幽門螺旋桿菌根除率分別為73.17%、90.24%，潰瘍愈合率分別為78.05%、95.12%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 溫胃舒顆粒聯(lián)合艾司奧美拉唑鎂腸溶片治療胃潰瘍具有較好的臨床療效，可改善患者臨床癥狀，降低機體炎癥反應，促進潰瘍愈合，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenweishu Granules combined with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods Patients (82 cases) with gastric ulcer in Aviation General Hospital from March 2017 to August 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets, 20 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Wenweishu Granules on the basis of the control group, 20 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores, serological indexes, Helicobacter pylori eradication rate, and ulcer healing rate in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.49% and 97.56%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of abdominal pain, anorexia, abdominal distension, and regurgitation in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And clinical symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, TGF-β₁, HMGB1, and IL-17 levels in two groups were significantly decreased, but CGRP and IL-10 levels in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And serological indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, Helicobacter pylori eradication rates in the control and treatment groups were 73.17% and 90.24%, respectively, and the ulcer healing rate in the control and treatment groups were 78.05% and 95.12%, respectively and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Wenweishu Granules combined with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of gastric ulcer, can improve clinical symptoms, decrease inflammatory reactions, and promote ulcer healing, which has a certain clinical application value.
