目的 探討肝寧片聯(lián)合異甘草酸鎂注射液治療慢性病毒性肝炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年5月—2017年5月在南陽市第二人民醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的慢性病毒性肝炎患者88例為研究對象，根據(jù)用藥的不同將患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各44例。對照組靜脈滴注異甘草酸鎂注射液，150 mg加入到5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服肝寧片，0.9 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的肝纖維化指標(biāo)、肝功能指標(biāo)和血清學(xué)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.82%、95.45%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清透明質(zhì)酸（HA）、層粘連蛋白（LN）、Ⅲ型前膠原（PCⅢ）、Ⅳ型膠原（Ⅳ-C）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組肝纖維化指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清ALT、AST、TBIL水平均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組肝功能指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）、巨噬細(xì)胞移動抑制因子（MIF）、白細(xì)胞介素-18（IL-18）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-13（MMP-13）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組血清學(xué)指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 肝寧片聯(lián)合異甘草酸鎂注射液治療慢性病毒性肝炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善患者肝功能和肝纖維化指標(biāo)，調(diào)節(jié)血清TGF-β₁、MIF、IL-18和MMP-13水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ganning Tablets combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection in treatment of chronic viral hepatitis. Methods Patients (88 cases) with chronic viral hepatitis in Nangyang Second General H ospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 44 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection, 150 mg added into 5% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Ganning Tablets on the basis of the control group, 0.9 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and liver fibrosis indexes, liver function indexes, serological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.82% and 95.45%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, HA, LN, PCⅢ, and Ⅳ-C levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And liver fibrosis indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, ALT, AST, and TBIL levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And liver function indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, TGF-β₁, MIF, IL-18, and MMP-13 levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And serological indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ganning Tablets combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic viral hepatitis, can improve liver function and liver fibrosis indexes, and regulate the levels of TGF-β₁, MIF, IL-18, and MMP-13, which has a certain clinical application value.
