目的 研究金剛藤膠囊聯(lián)合阿奇霉素膠囊治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年5月—2017年5月安陽市第三人民醫(yī)院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者120例為研究對象，隨機將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組口服阿奇霉素膠囊，1粒/次，1次/d；治療組患者在對照組基礎上口服金剛藤膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀消失時間和血清細胞因子水平。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為83.33%、96.67%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組體溫降至正常時間、下腹痛消失時間和陰道分泌物增多消失時間明顯短于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和超敏反應C蛋白（hs-CRP）水平顯著下降，白細胞介素-4（IL-4）水平顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 金剛藤膠囊聯(lián)合阿奇霉素膠囊治療慢性盆腔炎具有較好的臨床療效，能改善臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)炎癥因子水平，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Jingangteng Capsules combined with Azithromycin Capsules in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory. Methods Patients (120 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammatory in the People No. 3 Hospital of Anyang from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Azithromycin Capsules, 1 grain/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jingangteng Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and disappearance time of clinical symptoms and serum cytokine level in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 83.33% and 96.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the time of body temperature drop to normal time, the disappeared time of abdominal pain, and the increasing time of vaginal secretion in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of IL-4 in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Jingangteng Capsules combined with Azithromycin Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory, can improve clinical symptom, and regulate the levels of inflammatory factors, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
