目的 觀察羚羊角膠囊聯(lián)合硫必利治療兒童多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年9月—2017年5月在南陽(yáng)醫(yī)學(xué)高等?？茖W(xué)校第一附屬醫(yī)院診治的多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥患兒142例，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各71例。對(duì)照組患兒口服鹽酸硫必利片，起始劑量1～3片/次，逐漸增至3～6片/次，3次/d；治療組患兒在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服羚羊角膠囊，1粒/次，1次/d。兩組患兒均治療12周。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患兒自控能力評(píng)分、血清總IgE水平、去甲腎上腺素（NE）、多巴胺（DA）、5-羥色胺（5-HT）、γ-氨基丁酸（GABA）、谷氨酸（GLU）和天冬氨酸（ASP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組臨床總有效率分別為87.32%和98.59%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者自控能力評(píng)分顯著升高（P<0.05）；且治療組自控能力評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組陽(yáng)性數(shù)均顯著降低（P<0.05），陰性數(shù)顯著升高（P<0.05）；且治療組血清總IgE水平明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒血清NE和GABA水平均顯著升高，血清DA、5-HT、GLU和ASP水平顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組血清單胺類神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)和血清氨基酸神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)水平明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 羚羊角膠囊聯(lián)合硫必利能夠有效提高多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥患兒自控能力，改善血清總IgE水平，提高療效和安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lingyangjiao Capsules combined with tiapride in treatment of children with tourette syndrome. Methods Children (142 cases) with tourette syndrome in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from September 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 71 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets, the initial dose was 1-3 tablets/time, then gradually increased to 3-6 tablets/time, three times daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Lingyangjiao Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1 grain/time, once daily. Children in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the self-control ability score, IgE, NE, DA, 5-HT, GABA, GLU and ASP levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 87.32% and 98.59% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the self-control ability score in two groups was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the score in the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the positive rate of IgE in two groups was significantly decreased, but the negative rate was significantly increased (P < 0.05). And the serum IgE in the treatment group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the NE and GABA levels in two groups were significantly increased, but DA, 5-HT, GLU and ASP levels were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the serum monoamine and amino acids neurotransmitters in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Lingyangjiao Capsules combined with tiapride can effectively improve the children self-control ability in treatment of children with tourette syndrome, improve the serum total IgE level, the efficacy and safety.
