目的 探討磺胺嘧啶銀軟膏聯(lián)合龍血竭膠囊治療壓瘡的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年6月—2017年5月東營市第二人民醫(yī)院收治的壓瘡患者86例（壓瘡數(shù)118處）為研究對象，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將全部患者分為對照組（43例，壓瘡數(shù)58處）和治療組（43例，壓瘡數(shù)60處）。對照組創(chuàng)面外涂生理鹽水溶解的龍血竭膠囊，1次/d。治療組創(chuàng)面外敷磺胺嘧啶銀乳膏和龍血竭膠囊混合糊液，1次/d。兩組患者均治療14 d后進行評價。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的壓瘡愈合評估量表（PUSH）評分、視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分、肉芽形成時間和愈合時間。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為77.59%、93.33%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組PUSH評分和VAS評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組肉芽形成時間和愈合時間明顯短于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 磺胺嘧啶銀軟膏聯(lián)合龍血竭膠囊治療壓瘡具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，緩解疼痛，縮短肉芽形成時間和愈合時間，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Sulfadiazine Silver Cream combined with Longxuejie Capsules in treatment of pressure sore. Methods Patients (86 cases, 118 pressure ulcers) with pressure sore in the Second People's Hospital of Dongying from June 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (43 cases, 58 pressure ulcers) and the treatment group (43 cases, 60 pressure ulcers). Patients in the control group were coated with Longxuejie Capsules (dissolved in saline) on the wound, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were coated with Sulfadiazine Silver Cream and Longxuejie Capsules mixed paste on the wound, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and PUSH scores, VAS scores, granulation time and healing time in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 77.59% and 93.33%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, PUSH scores and VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the granulation time and healing time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Sulfadiazine Silver Cream combined with Longxuejie Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of pressure sore, can improve clinical symptoms, relieve the pain, and shorten granulation time and healing time, which has a certain clinical application value.
