目的 觀察津力達顆粒聯合格列吡嗪治療2型糖尿病的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年6月-2017年6月四川省科學城醫(yī)院收治的2型糖尿病患者120例，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組口服格列吡嗪緩釋片，5 mg/次，1次/d；治療組在對照組治療基礎上口服津力達顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 hPG）、糖化血紅蛋白、三酰甘油（TG）、總膽固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）、β細胞胰島素分泌功能（HOMA-β）、胰島素敏感指數（HOMA-IS）、高敏C反應蛋白（hs-CRP）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）的變化情況。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為71.67%、88.33%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組FPG、2 hPG、糖化血紅蛋白、TG、TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP、IL-6水平均較治療前顯著降低，但FINS、HOMA-β、HOMA-IS顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組FPG、2 hPG、糖化血紅蛋白、TG、TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP、IL-6水平顯著低于對照組，FINS、HOMA-β、HOMA-IS顯著高于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 津力達顆粒聯合格列吡嗪治療2型糖尿病具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯降低患者血糖、血脂水平，改善患者炎癥狀態(tài)，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jinlida Granules combined with glipizide in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Method Patients (120 cases) with type 2 diabetes in Sichuan Science City Hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control (60 cases) and treatment (60 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Glipizide Sustained Release Tablets, 5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinlida Granules, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, LDL-C, HOMA-β, HOMA-IS, hs-CRP, and IL-6 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group were 71.67% and 88.33%, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, LDL-C, hs-CRP, and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly decreased, but FINS, HOMA-β, and HOMA-IS were significantly increased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, LDL-C, hs-CRP, and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but FINS, HOMA-β, and HOMA-IS were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Jinlida Granules combined with glipizide has significant clinical effect in treatment of type 2 diabetes, and can significantly reduce blood glucose and lipid levels, and also can improve inflammatory state, which has a certain clinical application value.
