目的 探討如意金黃散聯(lián)合伐昔洛韋治療帶狀皰疹的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年5月-2017年11月在無錫市第三人民醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的帶狀皰疹患者86例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（43例）和治療組（43例）。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸伐昔洛韋片，0.3 g/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上于患處外敷如意金黃散，取適量用醋調(diào)成糊狀。兩組患者均治療10 d。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀改善時(shí)間、血清學(xué)指標(biāo)及數(shù)字疼痛評(píng)分量表（NRS）、皮膚病生活質(zhì)量指數(shù)評(píng)分（DLQI）和匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量評(píng)分（PSQI）。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組臨床有效率為81.40%，顯著低于治療組的97.67%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組疼痛完全消失時(shí)間、皮損停止進(jìn)展時(shí)間、結(jié)痂時(shí)間均明顯短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清IL-4、IL-6、IL-1β水平顯著降低，IL-2和γ-干擾素（IFN-γ）水平顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05），且治療后治療組血清學(xué)指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者NRS、DLQI、PSQI評(píng)分顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組NRS、DLQI、PSQI評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 如意金黃散聯(lián)合伐昔洛韋治療帶狀皰疹可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，抑制機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder combined with valaciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Patients (86 cases) with herpes zoster in Wuxi Third People's Hospital from May 2017 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control group (43 cases) and treatment group (43 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.3 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were external administered with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder on the basis of control group, and appropriate amount was made to paste with vinegar. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, the serological indexes, the NRS, DLQI and PSQI scores in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.40%, which was significantly lower than 97.67% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the pain disappeared time, time to stop the progress of skin lesions, and escharosis time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the IL-4, IL-6, and IL-1β levels in two groups were significantly decreased, but IL-2 and IFN-γ levels were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serological indexes in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the NRS, DLQI and PSQI scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and these scores in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ruyi Jinhuang Powder combined with valaciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, and suppress the inflammatory reaction, which has a certain clinical application value.
