目的 探討舒肝解郁膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸阿米替林片治療老年抑郁癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年6月-2017年6月綿陽市第三人民醫(yī)院收治的老年抑郁癥患者120例作為研究對(duì)象，所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各60例。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸阿米替林片，4片/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服舒肝解郁膠囊，2粒/次，2次/d。兩組患者均持續(xù)治療28 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的漢密爾頓抑郁量表（HAMD）評(píng)分和漢密爾頓焦慮量表（HAMA）評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.67%、96.67%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組HAMA評(píng)分和HAMD評(píng)分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組HAMA評(píng)分和HAMD評(píng)分均明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 舒肝解郁膠囊聯(lián)合鹽酸阿米替林片治療老年抑郁癥具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of senile depression. Methods Patients (120 cases) with senile depression in the Third People's Hospital of Mianyang from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets, 4 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shugan Jieyu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and HAMD scores and HAMA scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.67% and 96.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, HAMD scores and HAMA scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And HAMD scores and HAMA scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of senile depression, can improve clinical symptoms, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
