目的 了解遼寧省腫瘤醫(yī)院第二類(lèi)精神藥品的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀及變化趨勢(shì)，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 收集遼寧省腫瘤醫(yī)院2015-2017年第二類(lèi)精神藥品的應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)其用量、銷(xiāo)售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均藥費(fèi)（DDC）及藥品排序比（B/A）等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果 2015-2017年，第二類(lèi)精神藥品的用量、銷(xiāo)售金額逐年增長(zhǎng)，用量排名前兩位的為地佐辛注射液和地西泮片，地佐辛注射液與咪達(dá)唑侖注射液位列銷(xiāo)售金額的前兩位。第二類(lèi)精神藥物的DDDs逐年增長(zhǎng)，地佐辛注射液與地西泮片的DDDs始終居前兩位。地佐辛注射液、布托啡諾注射液和咪達(dá)唑侖注射液的DDC居前3位。B/A接近1.00的藥品包括地佐辛注射液、酒石酸唑吡坦片。結(jié)論 遼寧省腫瘤醫(yī)院第二類(lèi)精神藥品使用基本合理，但仍需加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督管理，規(guī)范使用行為。

Objective To investigate the usage and variation tendency of second class psychotropic drugs in Liaoning Cancer Hospital and Institute, in order to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods The data of second class psychotropic drugs in Liaoning Cancer Hospital and Institute from 2015 to 2017 was collected, and the consumption quantity, consumption sum, frequency of drug use (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and drug sequence ratio (B/A) were calculated and analyzed. Results From 2015 to 2017, consumption quantity and consumption sums of second class psychoactive drugs increased rapidly year by year. The top two consumption quantity of second class psychotropic drugs were Dezocine Injection and Diazepam Tablets. Consumption sum of Dezocine Injection and Midazolam Injection ranked the top two. DDDs of second class psychoactive drugs increased year by year, and DDDs of Dezocine Injection and Midazolam Injection ranked the first two persistently. DDC of Dezocine Injection, Midazolam Injection, and Butorphanol Injection ranked the top three. The second class psychotropic drugs whose B/A was close to 1.00 including Dezocine Injection and Zolpidem Tartrate Tablets. Conclusion The utilization of second class psychotropic drugs in Liaoning Cancer Hospital and Institute is basically reasonable, meanwhile, supervision should be strengthened to standardize medication behavior.
