目的 探討復(fù)方羅布麻顆粒聯(lián)合厄貝沙坦氫氯噻嗪治療高血壓的臨床效果。方法 選取桐柏縣人民醫(yī)院2016年4月-2017年5月收治的高血壓患者162例，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組（81例）和治療組（81例）。對(duì)照組口服厄貝沙坦氫氯噻嗪片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方羅布麻顆粒，2袋/次，2次/d。兩組患者均經(jīng)過(guò)2個(gè)月治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者動(dòng)態(tài)血壓、心率、動(dòng)脈脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度（PWV）、頸動(dòng)脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度（IMT）和不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組臨床有效率86.42%，顯著低于治療組的96.30%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者24 h平均收縮壓（ASBP）、24 h平均舒張壓（ADBP）和心率均顯著下降（P<0.05），同時(shí)治療組動(dòng)態(tài)血壓和心率改善情況均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者PWV和IMT值均顯著下降（P<0.05），同時(shí)治療后治療組患者PWV和IMT值明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療過(guò)程中，對(duì)照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為14.81%，顯著高于治療組的3.70%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方羅布麻顆粒聯(lián)合厄貝沙坦氫氯噻嗪治療高血壓療效顯著，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Apocynum Granules combined with erbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of hypertension. Methods Patients (162 cases) with hypertension in Tongbai County People's Hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control (81 cases) and treatment (81 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Apocynum Granules on the basis of the control group, 2 bags/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the ambulatory blood pressure, heart rate, PWV, IMT and the adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 86.42%, which was significantly lower than 96.30% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the 24 h ASBP, 24 h ADBP and heart rate in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the improvement of ambulatory blood pressure and heart rate in the treatment group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the PWV and IMT value in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the PWV and IMT value in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, the adverse reactions rate in the control group was 14.81%, which was significantly higher than 3.70% in the treatment group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Apocynum Granules combined with erbesartan hydrochlorothiazide has significant effect in treatment of hypertension with lower adverse reactions incidence, which has a certain clinical application value.
