目的 探討瑞舒伐他汀鈣片聯(lián)合奧扎格雷鈉注射液治療急性腦血栓患的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年3月-2017年3月新疆昌吉州人民醫(yī)院收治的急性腦血栓患者64例為研究對(duì)象，將所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（32例）和治療組（32例）。對(duì)照組患者靜脈滴注奧扎格雷鈉注射液，1支/次，溶解于500 mL生理鹽水中，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服瑞舒伐他汀鈣片，1次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的凝血功能和血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組、治療組總有效率分別為78.1%、96.9%，兩組總有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組凝血酶原時(shí)間（PT）水平顯著升高，活化部分凝血活酶時(shí)間（APTT）、纖維蛋白原（FIB）、D-二聚體（D-D）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組凝血功能指標(biāo)水平明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組全血黏度、血漿黏度、紅細(xì)胞壓積和血沉水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組血流動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)水平明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 瑞舒伐他汀鈣片聯(lián)合奧扎格雷鈉注射液治療急性腦血栓具有較好臨床療效，改善凝血功能和血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with Ozagrel Sodium Injection in treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis. Methods Patients (64 cases) with acute cerebral thrombosis in Xinjiang Changji People's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control (32 cases) and treatment (32 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Ozagrel Sodium Injection, 1 bottle/time, dissolved in 500 mL of normal saline, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets on the basis of the control group, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for two weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, coagulation function indexes and hemorheological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.1% and 96.9%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the PT levels in two groups were significantly increased, but the APTT, FIB, and D-D levels were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the coagulation function indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the levels of hemorheological indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with Ozagrel Sodium Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis, can improve the coagulation function indexes and hemorheological indexes, which has a certain clinical application value.
