目的 研究蒲地藍消炎口服液聯(lián)合頭孢呋辛酯顆粒治療小兒急性上呼吸道感染的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年12月-2017年12月三臺縣人民醫(yī)院收治的急性上呼吸道感染患兒100例作為研究對象，所有患兒隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各50例。對照組口服頭孢呋辛酯顆粒，30 mg/（kg·次），2次/d；治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服蒲地藍消炎口服液，10 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患兒均持續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀消失時間、血清炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為82.00%、94.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組退熱時間、咽部充血消失時間、咽痛消失時間和止咳時間均顯著短于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組血清炎性因子水平明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 蒲地藍消炎口服液聯(lián)合頭孢呋辛酯顆粒治療小兒急性上呼吸道感染具有較好的臨床療效，可改善患兒臨床癥狀和炎性因子水平，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To study the effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with Cefuroxime Axetil Granules in treatment of acute upper respiratory infection in children. Methods Children (100 cases) with acute upper respiratory infection in Santai People's Hospital from December 2014 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Cefuroxime Axetil Granules, 30 mg/(kg·time), twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the serum levels of inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.00% and 94.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the antipyretic time, the antitussive time, the disappearance time of pharynx hyperemia and sore throat in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serum levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with Cefuroxime Axetil Granules has good clinical curative effect in treatment of acute upper respiratory infection in children, can improve the clinical symptoms and the levels of inflammatory factors, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
