目的 探討馬來酸曲美布汀片聯(lián)合聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散劑治療功能性便秘的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2016年9月中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第四醫(yī)院收治的功能性便秘患者90例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各45例。對(duì)照組口服馬來酸曲美布汀片，0.2 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散（Ⅳ），1袋/次，2次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀評(píng)分差異。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為77.78%和93.33%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的糞便性狀、排便費(fèi)力、排便時(shí)間、腹脹評(píng)分均明顯下降（P<0.05），且治療組各癥狀評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 馬來酸曲美布汀片聯(lián)合聚乙二醇電解質(zhì)散劑治療功能性便秘療效顯著，安全性好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of trimebutine combined with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder in treatment of functional constipation. Methods Patients (90 cases) with functional constipation in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 45 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets, 0.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder (Ⅳ) on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the symptom scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 77.78% and 93.33%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the feces shape, defecation exertion, defecation time and abdominal distension scores in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and these scores in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Trimebutine combined with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder in treatment of functional constipation has remarkable curative effect with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
