目的 探討金錢草顆粒聯(lián)合熊去氧膽酸片治療膽囊結(jié)石的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年6月-2019年10月濮陽市油田總醫(yī)院收治的86例膽囊結(jié)石患者作為研究對(duì)象，所有患者根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各43例。對(duì)照組口服熊去氧膽酸片，0.25 g/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服金錢草顆粒，10.0 g/次，3次/d。兩組連續(xù)治療2個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的膽囊癥狀、血清因子水平、疼痛程度。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為76.74%、93.02%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的結(jié)石直徑、結(jié)石數(shù)目明顯減小，膽囊排空率明顯升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組的結(jié)石直徑、結(jié)石數(shù)目比對(duì)照組小，膽囊排空率比對(duì)照組高，兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血管活性腸肽（VIP）、調(diào)寧蛋白（Cap）水平明顯降低，膽囊收縮素受體（CCK-A）水平明顯升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組的VIP、Cap水平比對(duì)照組低，CCK-A水平比對(duì)照組高，兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的VAS評(píng)分明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組VAS評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 金錢草顆粒聯(lián)合熊去氧膽酸片治療膽囊結(jié)石具有較好的臨床療效，能改善膽囊癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)相關(guān)蛋白水平，降低疼痛程度，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jinqiancao Granules combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets in treatment of gallstone. Methods Patients (86 cases) with gallstone in Puyang Oilfield General Hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets, 0.25 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinqiancao Granules on the basis of the control group, 10.0 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and gallbladder symptoms, serum factors levels, and VAS scores in two groups were compared.. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 76.74% and 93.02%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the diameter and number of gallstones in two groups were significantly decreased, but the gallbladder emptying rates in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the gallbladder symptom indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of VIP and Cap in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of CCK-A in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serum factors levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Jinqiancao Granules combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of gallstone, can improve gallbladder symptoms, regulate the level of related proteins, and reduce the degree of pain, which has a certain clinical application value.
