目的 研究茵梔黃口服液聯(lián)合注射用還原型谷胱甘肽治療新生兒黃疸的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年12月-2017年12月在青海省婦女兒童醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的100例新生兒黃疸患兒作為研究對象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患兒分為對照組和治療組，每組各50例。對照組患兒靜脈滴注注射用谷胱甘肽，0.6 g加入到5%葡萄糖注射液100 mL中，1次/d；治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服茵梔黃口服液，2.5 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患兒持續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀緩解時間、生化指標(biāo)水平、血清炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.00%、94.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患兒退黃時間、胎便排空時間顯著短于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒血清總膽紅素（TBIL）、結(jié)合膽紅素（DBIL）、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶（ALT）和天門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)氨酶（AST）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；并且治療組患兒血清TBIL、DBIL、ALT、AST水平均明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒白細(xì)胞介素-1（IL-1）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均明顯降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；并且治療組患兒IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 茵梔黃口服液聯(lián)合注射用還原型谷胱甘肽治療新生兒黃疸具有較好的臨床療效，能改善患兒臨床癥狀和肝功能，調(diào)節(jié)血清炎性因子水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To study the effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with Reduced Glutathione for injection in treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods Children (100 cases) with neonatal jaundice in Qinghai Women's and Children's Hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Children in the control group were iv administered with Reduced Glutathione for injection, 0.6 g added into 5% glucose solution 100 mL, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 2.5 mL/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom remission time, biochemical index levels, and serum levels of inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 94.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, removing jaundice time and the evacuation time of meconium in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TBIL, DBIL, ALT and AST in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the biochemical index levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serum levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with Reduced Glutathione for injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of neonatal jaundice, can improve the clinical symptoms and liver function, and regulate the serum level of inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
